Bucharest has added a major asset to its events and entertainment infrastructure with the launch of HALO Events, a high-spec venue inside Romexpo positioned as the largest 360° LED-equipped event space in Europe.
The facility integrates a continuous 90-meter panoramic LED installation, engineered to deliver an unprecedented level of immersive visual content for concerts, conferences and brand activations.
With an indoor capacity of 4,600 people, HALO Events spans 2,371 square meters across three distinct halls, Glow LED 360, Orbix Lounge and Nexus Hall, each designed to be fully customizable for varying event formats. The space will expand further next year with an additional 2,000-square-meter outdoor terrace.
The LED infrastructure is built on Unilumin technology, a top-three global display manufacturer recognized for six world-leading titles in energy-efficient LED systems. The installation features a 1.9 pixel pitch, enabling high-fidelity visuals with significantly lower power consumption and reduced carbon emissions compared with traditional display setups.
The centerpiece of the venue, Glow LED 360°, houses a 465-square-meter panoramic screen boasting over 38 million pixels. The resolution matches the ultra-high-definition standards used in venues supporting Olympic Games ceremonies, including 4K and 6K performance.
